We started because we kept the boxes.
Box Buster began on a Sunday market table in 2021 with two collectors, a folding table and about forty figures. We'd been buying, trading and — honestly — hoarding pop culture collectibles for years, and we kept every single box. That turned out to be the whole idea: sell the pieces the way we'd want to receive them.
One at a time
Everything is sourced piece by piece from distributors, collections and the occasional car boot. No pallets of unsorted stock.
Box condition matters
We photograph the actual piece in the actual box. If there's a crease, a scuff or a soft corner, you'll see it before you buy.
Packed to survive
Rigid protector, tissue, double-walled box. We've had one damaged parcel in three years and we'd like to keep it that way.
How we pack
Every order goes out in a soft sleeve, then a rigid pop protector, then tissue, then a double-walled box with void fill. Mystery boxes are shipped sealed and never opened, weighed or shaken on our side — if we could work out what's inside, so could you.
Shipping & returns
UK shipping is free and tracked, posted within two working days. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what was listed, message us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it — including the return postage. Sealed mystery boxes can only be returned unopened, since opening one is the product.
